Returns and exchange details
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your purchase to us. The return package must be postmarked within 14 calendar days that begin once the package is shown as delivered by the postal/DHL carrier.
Returned products must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in original packaging.
Prior to returning any product, Morando Tools must be contacted and confirmation of item return is made. If you return the product to Morando Tools (a) without a request, (b) without all parts included in the original package
Morando Tools retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or refuse replacement or refund.
Refunds will be processed and paid within two (2) weeks of Morando Tools receipt and verification of return product.
*Shipping cost is non-refundable
*custom orders and orders on the Promo period are non-returnable.
*USA and UK dealer warehouse for returning is available.
EXCHANGE
If you are not satisfied with the font or design you can exchange it for another item with the same cost once the font/design has been returned under our Return Policy stated above.
The shipping cost for sending the item back is non-refundable,
The shipping cost to send a new item back again will be at our cost.
